Meet The Owners
Founded in Albuquerque in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Tiffany and Casey Link, Rococo Hair Co. was created with a simple vision: to offer a luxury salon experience that feels welcoming, approachable, and effortlessly cool. Since then, Rococo has grown to include a second location in Santa Fe, while staying true to the values that inspired it from the beginning.
Tiffany brings her artistic eye and passion for beauty to every aspect of the Rococo experience, from the salon environment to the guest experience. Casey works hard behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly and has even helped build much of the custom furniture and design elements found throughout the salons.
Together, they have created more than just a salon- they've built a space where both clients and team members feel valued, supported, and at home. Their commitment to creativity, excellence, and genuine care continues to shape the culture of Rococo every day.
